The story of a shy girl

Why are you so shy was the most frequent question asked to her. She always got confused, that to say what after hearing such questions. She was not too expressive about her emotions in front of her friends. Though she had few friends in childhood and she enjoyed being with them. She barely used to talk to her classmates. But when she entered her teenage, she realized that she must start talking more with her classmates as it is never too late to make more friends. But such a sudden change in her was considered strange by her classmates. Still, she decided to meet new people. She made some everlasting bonds with a few people. She worked harder to overcome all the things people said were wrong with her.

Finally, she was very excited to enter her college life. One day before her morning lecture, she was seated on the staircase. One of her classmates came to talk to her. He asked her, are you always stiff like this, and why do you prefer talking less always. She went blank and was unable to answer his question. She thought that maybe her identity was an obstacle she had to overcome. Somewhere in her mind, she kept on thinking about it. She questioned herself that she should bring some change in her personality. After coming home from college, she sat near the window and saw the garden view. She used to sit near the window every day in the evening for some time. That was her alone time when she thought about things that happened that day. She realized that the boy only expressed his view. She knew that some people often judged her in their first meeting. The only thing she was that she took time to create a bond with a person. So, she decided to expand her comfort zone by trying to talk to new people. It was not easy for her though she tried her best. But she was herself at every moment.

The so-called shy girl even had crazy night-outs with her close friends. She danced crazily with them to the music. Her drama was endless whenever she was with them.

Whenever she felt a particular emotion strongly, she used to write her feelings on paper. Especially when writing about her negative thoughts helped her to let go and feel free.

Every person acts according to their personality and behavior. We need to understand each other by keeping ourselves at their place. It may be easy to understand people different from us, but it is the best way to connect with them. That will help to make this world a better place to live.

And it is okay to be a shy person. What matters is to improve our communication skills, understand the people around us, and see whether our actions lead to our best intentions.
